The products I ordered didn't work for me. Can I return them?

We're sorry to hear that 😢 Sometimes things don't work out as expected—that's life!

We offer an easy and straightforward return policy. Please get in touch and contact us so we can help walk you through the return process and help you as best we can! 💚

When will my order ship?

If your order is place before before 4:00 PM EDT on a business day and your item is ready to go, we'll happily send it off that same day! Orders that come in after the 4 PM cutoff typically head out on the following business day, because everyone needs a little rest, right? 😉

Oh, and heads-up: Our team takes a breather on Saturdays and Sundays, so we won't be shipping items over the weekend unless we've made special arrangements just for you.❤️

Once your order is in the hands of our delivery friends, we can't make magic happen with delivery times. We'll send over your tracking number so you have a good idea of when to expect your goodies.

Which carriers do you use?

Our orders are shipped via FedEx.

We offer a variety of the shipping services that FedEx provides, choose the one that best suits your budget and timeframe.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, The Natural Vet products are shipped only within the United States. We hope to extend our reach globally in the future. Thank you for your interest!

Where is my order?

Orders are shipped as fast as we can, (same or next business day).

When placing orders with us, you'll receive an order confirmation email, and then a shipping notification email once the order has shipped. This email should contain a tracking number - contact us if you don't receieve it.

To check the status of your order, please log in to your account and navigate to the 'your orders' tab. Here you should find the tracking number again and other important info about your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do offer free shipping!

All orders over $150 to the contiguous United States are eligible for free shipping.
